Staying motivated to stretch can be challenging to say the least. I recently started increasing my stretching days to help with my hamstring flexibility. As most of you know my kicks have been not as high lately. So I have been adding more yoga stretches to my warm up routine.
But I also just recently ordered a machine from bestlegstretchers.com. I got the pro model (Pro swift leg stretcher). As that one seemed to be the best. So lets hope I can stay motivated enough to stretch. It gets harder as we get older. :)
Here are some of the yoga poses I have been doing:
It doesn't take very long to do them all. Usually it takes me about 20 minutes to go through all the steps.
